"Blogging and Beyond": The Visayas Blogging Summit

November 26, 2011 at SM Cebu will be the 2nd VisayasBlogging Summit. This is prepared and organized by the Cebu Bloggers Society Inc. (CBSi). This year, the  Visayas Blogging Summit  organizers will provide the participants world-class talks that will improve their skills as social media users.

With the theme, “Blogging and Beyond”, the  Visayas Blogging Summit 2011 will highlight the values of blogging.

The Visayan Blogging Summit organizers divided the talk into segments.

Registration starts at 7:30 to 8:30 am. Then followed by the opening presentations;  Invocation,  Singing of the Philippine National Anthem, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF PARTICIPANTS by CBSi Founder Mark Monata, Participants welcome by Cebu City Mayor Michael L. Rama, and Rationale by CBSi President & Co-Founder Kevin Ray Chua.

Know the advantages of blogging, how to improve a blog’s visibility and how to make it sustainable in PERSONAL BLOGGING. With the speakers:  Vernon Joseph “Iggy” Go, CAMMA 2011 awardee for Personal Blogging; and Evanjohnn Mendoza, Founder of Cebu Blog Camp.

 Find out how professionals make it to the top in PROFESSIONAL BLOGGING. With the Keynote Speaker Chris C. Ducker, Virtual CEO, Founder of live2sell Group of Companies.

Learn their experiences, secrets and tips first hand in SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING FOR BUSINESS. With the speakers: Ms. Joanne Apat, Social Media Expert, Gwion Limited Hong Kong; Mr. Coy Caballes, Social Media Manager of GLOBE; and Brad Geiser Co-Founder of GeiserMaclang Marketing Communications.

Find out how bloggers influence and use blogging as a medium to change their communities and improve lives in SOCIAL MEDIA RESPONSIBILITY.
