Rainy Tuesday Morning

Tuesday, November 15, 2011. It was raining early this morning. I woke up around 4:47 am to be exact. Get out from bed, hearing raindrops falling in our roof. Its was raining, and I was like "What? I still need to walk a 1 kilometer road and its raining?". Luckily, the rain stopped after a few minutes.  I prepared myself for school. When I was just about to go out of our house, I was attracted by a flower. I don't know what flower it is or whats with it. But its really beautiful. I took my phone and took a picture of it. Well, I didn't really captured it well.

CITE's Weekly Workcon

Today, November 12, 2011, is our section's weekly Work Contibution. We are tasked to clean the school as our contibution to the school's maintenance. We were assigned to clean the main building of the school. Our instructor assigned each one of us in a particular job assignment. Some of us were assigned to clean the classrooms while others were assigned to water the plants and clean the lobbies. Well for me, luckily, I was tasked to segregate the new uniforms with one of my classmate.

After my task, I went to the ground floor and saw some of my classmates cleaning there. They were climbing the gate of the ground floor.

We finished cleaning the building at 12 noon. It was a tiring day BUT, it was fun! ! :)

Chess

I started playing chess when I was still at the age of 14. At first I had no knowledge about chess. I just watched my classmates play it. I was like "what are they doing?". Then I started studying it. I was amazed when I knew that chess was a sport. I got interested in it just because of the knight, some call it as the horse".  The first opening that I learned was the "Ruy Lopez" and the "Caro-Kann defence". Then learned many other openings. I played in tournaments and unfortunately I did not get first place. Well I agree that it's hard and needs a lot of patience and time. However, it is fun and through chess you can enhance your analysis.
